 dirk-rodricksDirk J. Rodricks is an Ontario Trillium Scholar (2013 – 2017) and doctoral candidate in critical studies in curriculum and pedagogy at OISE/University of Toronto. He holds a BA in Theatre and a MEd in Higher Education from the University of Vermont, earning both with university honours. He has co-authored a monograph entitled Critical Race Theory in Higher Education: 20 Years of Theoretical and Research Innovations, 2015 and contributed a chapter to the edited volume Theory to Practice: Fostering Diverse and Inclusive Campus Environments, 2015 with NCPEA Press. His writing has also appeared in RiDE: Journal of Applied Theatre and Performance. Dirk’s research interests include critical race theory, anti-colonial pedagogy, and exploring issues of multiple minoritized identity in diaspora through drama research.
